Be careful, You must, as a first step, we notify your intention to withdraw from www.alma-solarshop.com by mail.
You must then recomend the product to the filing of Alma Shop, costs and risks incurred by returning the product is your responsibility.
Do not forget to accompany the product of the invoice and the original packing slip. The product returned must not have been unwrapped, unsealed, or used in any way.
It must be returned in its original packaging unopened sealed as it was originally.
Any opening originally sealed packaging will be assumed that the instrument was used.
If the product or its packaging has been damaged, ALMA SHOP SA will notify you before you recomend the product.

If the product is returned without being opened, damaged or used, Alma Shop will credit your account within two weeks from its receipt, the amount of the product less the cost of initial transportation.
