1. What is the difference between the delivery address and billing address?

The billing address holds all the information about the identity and contact details of the person making the order. The delivery address holds the information about the identity and contact details of the order recipient.

For the pros among you, the delivery address can be different from the billing address if you want the equipment to be shipped directly to your client.

This option will show up when picking a carrier.

2. I'm a business owner. How can I create a business account?

Creating a business account on Alma Solar is easy.  Simply click on the yellow login button at the top right. Then, click on "create an account'. You will then be guided through the necessary steps for creating an account.

NB: Make sure you select "BUSINESS" in the drop down menu.

Please enter your company's name and VAT number. The creation of a new account requires a manual validation through our customer service. With your business account, you can benefit from all the Alma Solar advantages such as preferential prices on login, VAT exemption and free delivery on all orders exceeding 6.000€.

3. I'm a private individual. How do I open an account?

Creating an account on Alma Solar is easy. Simply click on the yellow login button at the top right of the page. Then, click on "create an account'. You will then be guided through the different steps for creating an account.

NB: Make sure you select "INDIVIDUAL" in the drop down menu.

You forgot your password?

Click on "login" at the top right of the page. Then, click on "forgotten password" and enter your email address.

1/ You will receive a confirmation email to reset your password.

2/ Click on the link in the email you received.

3/ Once the password is reset, you will receive a second email with your new password.

You can now login with your email address and your new password.

4. How can I tell I am currently logged into my account?

New business accounts require a manual validation by our customer service department. Once your company has been checked using the intracommunity VAT number provided, you will receive an email confirming your account has been opened.

When you are logged into your account, "Login" at the top right of the page changes into "My account".

5. I forgot my password.

Click on "login" at the top right of the page. Then, click on "forgotten password" and enter your email address.

1/ You will receive a confirmation email to reset your password.

2/ Click on the link in the email you received.

3/ Once the password is reset, you will receive a second email with your new password.

You can now login with your email address and your new password.

6. What are the benefits of having a customer account?

Creating your own customer account is essential. It enables you to track the status of your Alma Solar orders, contact the customer service, track your quotes and modify your delivery and billing addresses.

The information you enter is secure and only you can change it. All our communication and exchanges are done on this basis. This is why it is important that you keep your data up-to-date.

7. How can I modify my postal address?

Login to your account by clicking on LOGIN at the top right of the page. Enter your email address and password. You are now logged in. The word "Login" then changes into "My account".

Click on "My account", "Address" and then on "update". Change your address and click on "safe".

Tip: Name your different addresses not to mix them up later.

8. How do I add a billing and delivery address?

Log into your account by clicking on "Login" on the top right of the page. Enter your e-mail address and password. You are now logged in. "Login" then changes into "My account".

Then, click on "My account", "Address" and then on "Add an address". Fill in the required fields and confirm. Name your various addresses not to mix them up later.

9. How can I download my invoice?

You can download your bill directly from your account. To access it, log in to the Alma Solar website, click on "Login" at the top right of the page. Enter your e-mail address and password. You are now logged in. "Login" then changes into "My account".

Click on "My account" and then on "order history". In the table, click on the "Invoice" section and your bill will automatically be downloaded to your computer as a PDF.

10. Where can I find my current quotes?

Log into your account by clicking on "Login" at the top right of the page. Enter your e-mail address and password. "Login" then changes into "My account". Then, click on "See my account" and on "My quotes".

You can now access all your quotes and turn them into orders if you like.

11. How do I get in touch with customer service?

Getting in touch with customer service is very easy. Click on "Contact us" at the top left of the page. You can contact our customer service team by e-mail or telephone.

Our customer service team is very fast and will answer all your questions within 30 minutes.
